United Kindergarten – Facing Resisting Force from the Change Management Strategy

United Kindergarten is a preschool organization operated in Taoyuan to serve the community since 2000. It is a school full of energy, always tries to improve herself, and attracts a lot of new students every year, due to her energetic principal. The principal introduced a new change of the teaching strategy in the kindergarten, which brought a lot of new challenges among the fellow teachers. When implementing the new teaching strategy, the positive preliminary result was heart-felt to students, parents, and even the Ministry of Education. However, after one academic year, there were fellow teachers keep quitting their job, who were also the ones to put so much effort in reaching the success for the kindergarten. How could she identify the real reasons behind the resisting force to the change? What should she do to face the resisting force?
